Rare Earth Rectangular Magnetic Grate Separators, also known as grate magnets or hopper magnets, deliver effective a powerful solution to capturing and separating a range of large to small fine pieces of ferrous tramp metal separation in bins, chutes, drawers, hoppers and rectangular enclosures.
OVERVIEW
Rare Earth Rectangular Magnetic Grate Separators provide a powerful solution to capturing and separating a range of large to small fine pieces of unwanted steel in products. These Grate Magnets are constructed with 1" diameter magnetic tubes placed on 2" centers in heavy-duty 1/8" thick x 2" wide stainless steel framing. Standard models are available to order online. Special sizes, shapes, and configurations are available upon request. Custom solutions are available for difficult product applications.

Our Sanitary Grade Magnetic Grates are USDA AMS USDA-accepted dairy, meat, and poultry magnetic separator processing equipment.
