EZ-Clean Permanent Suspended Magnet separators are based on our Manual Clean Model design and enhanced with various easy cleaning options that provide an economical solution for cleaning off difficult pieces of collected steel.
OVERVIEW
EZ-Clean Permanent Suspended Magnet separators provide an economical solution for applications that require a magnet for equipment protection but encounter captured ferrous metal that is difficult to clean. They are designed for separation of ferrous metal from a variety of over-the-belt conveyor applications to protect processing equipment from ferrous metal damage and improve product purity. Proven in industries such as Mining, Aggregate, Recycling, Tire Shredding, Foundry, Wood Chip, Pulp & Paper, Power Generation, Construction and Demolition.
When determining Magnet size, the width of the Magnet should be equal to, or greater than, the Burden width on Conveyor.

SPxx10 Models: (Suspension Height - 8" to 10")
- High strength magnetic separator for typical over the belt applications
- Ideal for low profile burden depths
SPxx12 Models: (Suspension Height - 10" to 12")
- High strength magnetic separator for typical over the belt applications
- Meets or exceeds typical product burdens and magnet suspension height requirements
SPxx14 Models: (Suspension Height - 12" to 14")
- Super strength magnetic separator for over the conveyor separation applications that have above average burden depths & magnet suspension height requirements
- Designed for applications that require more magnetic pulling force or deeper reach-out
EZ-Clean Options:
- Stainless steel (roller guided) slider plate design for easy removal of collected metal (SPRG Models)
- Hand crank stainless steel slider with chain & sprocket for even easier cleaning (SPHC Models)
