- Once our team receives your magnet, we will diagnose the problem and get a quote back to you within 5 days
- Comprehensive report of required repairs with proposal
- If the repair is on a Walker Brand Scrap Magnet, you can expect a 3-5 week turnaround time
- If the repair is on a Non-Walker Brand Scrap or Heavy Lift Magnet, you can expect a 10-12 week turnaround time
- Repairs will carry a full 12-month warranty on the work performed
- All makes, models, and manufacturers are repaired to the original spec or better
- Evaluations and repairs are performed at our advanced manufacturing facility in northern Michigan
