Round Rare Earth Magnetic Grate Separators, also known as grate magnets or hopper magnets, deliver effective a powerful solutions to capturing and separating a range of large to small fine pieces of ferrous tramp metal separation in round bins, chutes, drawers, hoppers, and rectangular enclosures.
OVERVIEW
Round Rare Earth Magnetic Grate Separators provide a powerful solution to capturing and separating a range of large to small fine pieces of unwanted steel in products. These Grate Magnets are constructed with 1" diameter magnetic tubes placed on 2" centers in heavy-duty 1/8" thick x 2" wide stainless steel framing. Standard models are available to order online. Special sizes, shapes, and configurations are available upon request. Custom solutions are available for difficult product applications.

Our Sanitary Grade Magnetic Grates that utilize the Opti-H™ magnetic tubes are certified by HAACP International and fully conform to HACCP International's Food Safety Standard (0909MAGSEP 1-2010) for direct contact with food products. Our Sanitary Grade Magnetic Grates are USDA AMS-accepted dairy, meat, and poultry magnetic separator processing equipment.
